Mini Gold Online Futures Promotion Terms and Conditions
1. Eligible participants must comply with the specified terms and conditions.
2. Eligible participants must have never been penalized or currently be accused of violating the Derivatives Act B.E. 2546 (2003), or any regulations of TFEX, the Stock Exchange of Thailand, and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

TFEX reserves the right to withhold the promotion if it determines or has reasonable grounds to believe that the trading activities of any promotion participant are inappropriate, or may constitute an offense under the Derivatives Act B.E. 2546 (2003), or any regulations of TFEX, the Stock Exchange of Thailand, and the SEC.
4. TFEX reserves the right to amend, change, add to, or cancel the promotion criteria, gift vouchers, and any other terms and conditions other than those stated herein, as deemed appropriate or necessary, without prior notice.
5. In the event of any dispute, TFEX’s decision shall be final and binding on all parties concerned.
