แจ้งข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับเหตุการณ์การเข้าถึงข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของผู้ใช้บริการระบบ TSD Investor Portal โดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต พร้อมข้อแนะนำด้านความปลอดภัยสำหรับผู้ใช้บริการ
ประกาศแจ้งเตือนเกี่ยวกับเหตุการณ์ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของผู้ใช้บริการระบบ TSD Investor Portal
ตามที่บริษัท ศูนย์รับฝากหลักทรัพย์ (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด (TSD) ได้แจ้งเหตุการณ์การเข้าถึงข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของผู้ใช้บริการระบบ TSD Investor Portal โดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต โดยผู้ได้รับผลกระทบจะได้รับอีเมลแจ้งจาก TSD โดยตรง
บริษัทหลักทรัพย์ ยูโอบี เคย์เฮียน (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด (มหาชน) ขอเรียนให้ลูกค้าทราบว่า เหตุการณ์ดังกล่าวเกิดขึ้นกับระบบของ TSD เท่านั้น และไม่ได้เกิดขึ้นกับระบบของบริษัทฯ ทั้งนี้ TSD ยืนยันว่า ยังไม่พบว่าข้อมูลการถือครองหลักทรัพย์และข้อมูลธุรกรรมการซื้อขายหลักทรัพย์ได้รับผลกระทบ
บริษัทฯ จะติดตามสถานการณ์อย่างใกล้ชิด และจะแจ้งข้อมูลเพิ่มเติมให้ทราบหากมีความคืบหน้าที่อาจส่งผลกระทบต่อผู้ลงทุน

Notice Regarding the Personal Data Incident Involving the TSD Investor Portal
Thailand Securities Depository Co., Ltd. (TSD) has announced that it detected unauthorized access to certain personal data of users of the TSD Investor Portal. Customers whose personal data may have been affected will receive a notification email directly from TSD.
UOB Kay Hian Securities (Thailand) Public Company Limited would like to assure our valued clients that the incident is limited to TSD’s systems and does not involve the Company’s systems. TSD has also confirmed that there is currently no evidence that securities holdings or securities trading transaction data have been affected.
The Company is closely monitoring the situation and will promptly provide further updates should there be any developments that may affect our clients or investors.
